01 · The Docket
Every Case Is Verified Before It Reaches The Chamber
Field Validators inspect sites, photograph receipts, and upload multimedia evidence to the Proof Portal before any case is placed on the docket. The Council of Validators reviews every submission. If the evidence does not pass, the case does not air. There are no unverified claims on this broadcast.
02 · The Minting
Your Asset Is Your Vote. Your Vote Is Your Voice.
When you mint a Digital Access Asset — from The Quill at $0.98 to The Throne at $10,000 — you do not make a donation. You cast a weighted vote. The higher your Asset Tier, the heavier your vote. The case with the most weighted votes receives 40% of the session's Net Minting Pool. Deployed instantly when the Gavel drops.
03 · The Verdict
The Gavel Drops. The Ledger Settles. No Exceptions.
At the close of each case, the Chief Validator executes the Gavel Drop. Method C — the Pure Ledger — fires automatically. Every fee is cleared in the correct sequence. Every stakeholder receives their exact percentage. The winning case receives its funds within seconds. A 5-minute Chamber Recess fires at the close of each broadcast segment — Partner Carousel and Sprint Leaderboard displayed live. Within a segment, multiple cases may run back-to-back before the Recess. Zero discretion. Zero variance. Zero exceptions.
04 · The Proof
Every Transaction Is A Matter Of Public Record
The Zero Variance Rule requires that every gateway log — Stripe, PayPal, Mobile Money, Instant Remittances, M-Pesa — reconciles to the penny before any distribution fires. Every transaction carries a unique Transaction Reference ID. The ledger is open. The audit is permanent. Method C is the Law.
The Process

90 minutes.
Four sessions. One Gavel.

Each 90-minute broadcast decides 3–5 cases or more — the number determined by the Needy Fund kitty available. The broadcast runs in segments. Within a single segment, multiple cases can run back-to-back, each with its own Gavel Drop. A 5-minute Chamber Recess fires between segments — not between individual cases. Multiple Gavel Drops. Multiple disbursements. Justice executed live, transparent, and in real time.

The Docket Opens
The Chief Validator presents the verified case. The Advocate argues. The Council of Validators challenges the evidence. The docket is live on-screen for every participant to examine.

The Chamber Mints
Participants mint Digital Access Assets from The Quill to The Throne. Every mint is a weighted vote on the active case. Every Sovereign Alias appears live on the broadcast within 3 seconds of minting.

The Verdict Is Weighed
The Jury Battle Bar tracks the democratic weight of every vote in real time. The case with the highest weighted minter votes at the close of the session receives the 40% Needy Fund. Live. Transparent. Automatic.

The Gavel Drops
The Chief Validator executes the Gavel Drop. Method C fires. Funds are disbursed instantly via mobile money or verified Gift Card. The session closes. The next case opens. The Chamber never sleeps.
