You Mint
You pass through the Sovereign Gate, complete the Identity Bridge, and mint your chosen asset via M-Pesa (KES) or card payment/PayPal (USD). The Pure Ledger records your transaction the millisecond payment confirms.

The Router Fires
The Sovereign Router — Rasmitec → Rasmitec automation → Rasmitec Broadcast — receives the secure bridge from your transaction within 1 second. The router reads your Asset Tier and selects your alert message, visual overlay, and audio signature.

You Appear on Broadcast
Your Sovereign Alias appears on the live broadcast alongside your 3D WebM alert within 3 seconds of mint. The audio fires across three VB-Audio channels. The Chamber acknowledges your presence. Your vote is counted.

The Gavel Drops
At Minute 75, the Chief Validator executes the Gavel Drop. Method C fires. The case with the highest weighted votes receives the 40% Needy Fund. Your verdict is permanent. The session concludes. The next case opens.
The 4D Visual & 8D Spatial Audio System

The Audit Chamber does not use standard notification sounds. It uses a spatially designed 8D audio architecture — three separate VB-Audio channels, directional stereo placement, and sub-bass frequencies calibrated to the tier. Standard alerts fire at −6dB. Apex alerts fire at −1dB. Levels 7–9 trigger the Audio Ducking Protocol — the Host microphone drops −12dB the moment an Apex Asset enters the broadcast.

When a Digital Access Asset is minted via the Local Treasury (KES/mobile money), the broadcast renders a Green Aura and Sparkle — Engine 1. When the same Asset is minted via the Global Treasury (USD/card payment/PayPal), the broadcast renders a Gold Aura and Sparkle — Engine 2. The Asset tier, vote weight, and audio signature are identical. The aura colour is the only visual distinction — and it matters. It tells the Chamber whether domestic or international capital just entered the session.
