Sovereign Shield
Terms & Service
These Terms govern your participation in the Rasmitec Method ecosystem — including the purchase of Digital Access Assets, participation in the Audit Chamber, and all associated roles and workflows.
The Rasmitec Method is operated by Rasmitec Ltd, a company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya. The Platform operates the Audit Chamber — a live broadcast ecosystem where Digital Access Assets are minted, public benefit cases ("Needy Cases") are deliberated, and funds are algorithmically distributed via Method C (The Pure Ledger).
Method C is the Platform's proprietary financial architecture. All transactions, commissions, fund distributions, and case outcomes are governed by automated workflows that enforce the Pure Ledger with zero-variance precision. No manual override or discretionary intervention can alter a Pure Ledger distribution once a session has been closed by the Dynamic Gavel Drop.
The Platform offers nine (9) tiers of Digital Access Assets — from The Quill ($0.98 / KES 10) to The Throne ($10,000 / KES 10,000). The purchase of a Digital Access Asset grants the buyer:
(a) Session Access — the number of broadcast sessions specified at the tier level; (b) Weighted Voting Power — a democratic vote on which Needy Case receives the 40% Needy Fund; (c) Sovereign Alias Recognition — live broadcast display of the buyer's alias upon minting; and (d) any tier-specific functions described in the Asset Depot.
Digital Access Assets are non-refundable once minted and recorded in the Pure Ledger (see § 11). Assets do not represent equity in Rasmitec Ltd, shares in any fund, or guaranteed financial returns. They are access credentials to the Audit Chamber broadcast ecosystem.
Upon closure of each session by the Dynamic Gavel Drop, the Gross Minting Volume is algorithmically distributed according to the following fixed mechanisms. These splits are non-negotiable and cannot be altered by any party:
| Mechanism | Recipient | Split | Conditions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Liquidity | Wholesale Agent / Online Affiliate | 20% / 10% | Applied at point of sale via Coupon WHOLESALE20 or AFFILIATE10 |
| Sourcing Fee | The Advocate | 10% | Paid only on cases successfully argued and approved by The Council |
| Verification Fee | The Validator | 5% | Paid only on cases individually investigated and accepted |
| Needy Fund | Winning Case Beneficiary | 40% | Allocated to the case with the highest weighted vote at Gavel Drop |
| The Host | Chief Validator / Broadcaster | 20% | Net Pool remainder — disbursed automatically post-session |
| The Platform | Rasmitec Ltd | 20% | Net Pool remainder — operational revenue |
| The Executive | Strategic Oversight | 10% | Net Pool remainder |
| The Council | Digital Jury (5 members) | 10% | Net Pool remainder — split equally across active Council members |
All distributions are calculated against the Net Pool (Gross Minting Volume minus Liquidity and Justice Fees). The Zero Variance Rule requires that the Situation Room dashboard reconciles exactly with Stripe and M-Pesa logs to the penny for every session.
The Platform recognises the following operational roles. Each role carries specific responsibilities and compensation structures:
The Host: Chief Validator and on-air authority. Must maintain a minimum of 6,000 social media followers and 5,000+ daily live viewers. Responsible for conducting The Audit Chamber broadcast with impartiality and institutional authority. Receives 20% of the Net Pool per session.
The Advocate: Sources and presents Needy Cases on the docket. Earns 10% sourcing fee exclusively on cases successfully argued and approved. Unsuccessful cases do not qualify. The Advocate operates in an adversarial capacity to The Validator.
The Validator: Independent ground-truth investigator. Physically verifies case claims and submits multimedia evidence via the Proof Portal. Earns 5% verification fee on accepted cases. The Validator is incentivised to find the truth — not to confirm the Advocate's claim.
Wholesale Agents: Purchase 16-digit gift card codes at 20% margin (Coupon WHOLESALE20) and distribute offline to unbanked KES-market participants.
Online Affiliates: Drive inbound digital traffic via tracked referral links. Earn 10% gross commission on all referred sales (Coupon AFFILIATE10).
Centurions: Sprint participants targeting 100 sales per day for 90 consecutive days. Subject to the full terms of § 5.
By completing the Centurion Registration (Form 4), you enter into a binding 90-Day Sprint Contract governed by the following terms:
Daily Quota: The standard Centurion target is 100 sales per day. Your personal quota is set at registration and tracked by the automated Midnight CRON Job (Workflow 4) at 00:00 EAT daily.
Streak Reset: Failure to meet your daily quota on any single day resets your sprint streak to zero. There is no manual override. Streak resets are automated, immediate, and final.
CEO Incubation Scholarship: Awarded exclusively to the first 200 Centurions who achieve 100+ daily sales for 90 consecutive unbroken days. The Scholarship grants access to 5 DIY Business Development Education System Products, 10% Lifetime MRR, and franchise operator status. No Scholarship is awarded for incomplete sprints.
Submission of an Aid Application (Form 2) does not guarantee funding. All cases are subject to AI Triage, Council Review, Docket Briefing, and a live democratic vote during the broadcast. The 40% Needy Fund is allocated exclusively to the case receiving the highest weighted vote at the time of the Gavel Drop.
Applicants warrant that all information submitted in the Aid Application is truthful, complete, and not materially misleading. False or fabricated applications constitute a Tier 1 violation and will be referred to relevant authorities.
The Platform reserves the right to reject any application at the AI Triage stage that does not meet the minimum evidentiary threshold without further explanation.
By submitting evidence via the Proof Portal (Form 3), the Validator warrants that all uploaded media was captured under their direct supervision, has not been digitally altered, and accurately represents the physical reality of the case.
The ESC (Evidence, Submission, Council) Protocol governs all proof submissions. Evidence is reviewed by The Council against the narrative submitted by the Validator. Inconsistencies between submitted media and narrative may result in case rejection, Validator strike, and withholding of the 5% Verification Fee.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all pending commissions, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable:
Tier 1 Violations (Immediate Permanent Ban): Fabricating or altering case evidence; submitting fraudulent Aid Applications; manipulating the Pure Ledger or transaction data; coordinated vote manipulation; impersonating Platform roles (Host, Executive, Council member); operating multiple accounts to circumvent the anti-double-dip field; and any attempt to circumvent the Midnight CRON or sprint tracking system.
Tier 2 Violations (3-Strike System via Bailiff AI): Use of prohibited gambling/lottery terminology in Platform channels; harassment of other participants; sharing of private case evidence outside authorised channels; and repeated submission of low-quality or unverifiable aid applications.
The Platform deploys The Bailiff AI — an automated compliance system operating across all Platform communication channels. The Bailiff issues strikes for Tier 2 violations automatically. Three strikes result in permanent account suspension with no right of appeal except via formal written submission to the Executive Council within 14 days of the third strike.
Strike records are retained for 5 years. Struck accounts are permanently flagged in the CRM and may not be reinstated without Executive approval.
The Rasmitec Method is not a gambling platform, lottery, or game of chance. Digital Access Assets grant deterministic, pre-defined session access and weighted voting rights. The outcome of case deliberations is determined by democratic weighted vote and Council review — not by random number generation, probability, or luck.
The Platform does not offer prizes, jackpots, or random rewards. All distributions are calculated by the Pure Ledger formula as set out in § 3. Users must not describe the Platform using gambling terminology in any public forum. Such descriptions constitute a Tier 2 violation subject to the Bailiff AI strike system.
All Digital Access Asset purchases are final and non-refundable once the transaction has been recorded in the Pure Ledger. The immutability of the Pure Ledger is a core architectural requirement of Method C and cannot be overridden.
Refund requests will only be considered in the event of: (a) a verified technical failure by the Platform that prevented delivery of the purchased sessions; or (b) a proven duplicate charge caused by a Platform system error. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 72 hours of the transaction.
The Platform's total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of Digital Access Assets purchased by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The Platform is not liable for: loss of earnings from Centurion sprint streak resets caused by user failure to meet daily quota; case rejection decisions made by The Council in good faith; technical outages caused by third-party processors (Stripe, Safaricom, GoHighLevel); or force majeure events including API failures addressed under Protocol 99.
Protocol 99 (The Kill Switch) is an emergency response mechanism that may be activated by the Executive in the event of critical API failures, data breaches, coordinated attacks, or systemic financial discrepancies detected by the Situation Room dashboard.
Upon activation of Protocol 99, all live web traffic is immediately rerouted to a secure maintenance page, all active transactions are suspended pending investigation, and no new minting events are processed. Users affected by a Protocol 99 suspension will be notified via their registered contact details. Sessions interrupted by Protocol 99 will be honoured in the next available broadcast session.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, all parties agree to attempt resolution through a 30-day written dispute process submitted to the Executive Council. The Platform reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect the integrity of the Pure Ledger and prevent ongoing harm.
For all Terms-related inquiries, formal notices, or dispute submissions:
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. Material revisions will be communicated to registered users via their CRM email address with a minimum of 14 days' notice.
