Sovereign Shield
Privacy Policy
This document governs the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data across all Rasmitec Method platforms, funnels, and operational workflows.
The Rasmitec Method is operated by Rasmitec Ltd ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Kenya. The Platform operates the Audit Chamber broadcast ecosystem, the 9-Tier Digital Access Asset infrastructure, and all associated funnels, forms, and workflows referenced in this policy.
All data processing activities are governed by Method C (The Pure Ledger) — the Platform's proprietary financial and identity verification architecture. By using any Rasmitec funnel, form, or service, you agree to the terms set out in this Privacy Policy.
We collect data across five categories of interaction with the Platform:
| Category | Data Points | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number | Form 1 (Entry), Form 4 (Centurion), Form 5 (Transactional) |
| Transaction | Asset Tier, Transaction Reference ID, M-Pesa/Stripe Receipt, Coupon Code Used, Sovereign Alias | Treasury Rooms I–IV, Pure Ledger Workflow |
| Attribution | Agent Attribution Code, Fisher ID, SYNAPSE Protocol ID, Upline ID | URL Bridge Parameters, Form 4 (Centurion) |
| Case Data | Case Story, Beneficiary Name, Verification Photo/ID, Impact Proof Files | Form 2 (Aid), Form 3 (Proof Portal) |
| Technical | IP Address (for geofencing), Browser Session Data, Timestamps | Sovereign Gate, All Funnel Pages |
Your data is used exclusively to operate the Rasmitec ecosystem. Specifically:
Transaction Processing: Identity and transaction data is used to execute minting events, assign Digital Access Assets, and update the Pure Ledger. No transaction can be processed without the 7 Mirror Fields being present and validated.
Attribution & Commission Disbursement: Agent Attribution Codes and Fisher IDs are permanently bound to your CRM profile to ensure accurate commission calculation for Wholesale Agents (20%), Online Affiliates (10%), Advocates (10%), and Validators (5%).
Broadcast Operations: Your Sovereign Alias and transaction tier data are transmitted via Make.com to the Streamlabs broadcast system to trigger live overlay alerts. This is a core function of the Audit Chamber spectacle.
Case Verification: Aid application and proof data submitted via Forms 2 and 3 are used by the AI Triage system and The Council for case review, docket assignment, and fund disbursement decisions.
Sprint Tracking: Centurion registration data and daily sales metrics are tracked via Workflow 4 (Midnight CRON) to verify 90-Day Sprint compliance and CEO Scholarship eligibility.
The Platform's Method C Pure Ledger requires the capture of seven specific data fields ("Mirror Fields") at the point of every transaction. These fields are immutable once committed — they cannot be edited after minting to protect the integrity of the financial record.
These fields are stored in the GoHighLevel CRM as Opportunity Object records. Each field represents a static, unchangeable snapshot of the specific transaction event. If any Mirror Field is absent at the time of submission, the transaction is flagged as "Imperfect" and held by the Bailiff AI pending manual review.
All personal data is stored within the GoHighLevel CRM platform, which operates on enterprise-grade, SOC 2-compliant cloud infrastructure. Transaction data is additionally mirrored to secured Google Sheets Data Lakes for audit purposes.
Sovereign Vault: Multimedia evidence files uploaded via the Proof Portal (Form 3) are encrypted at rest and stored in a dedicated Sovereign Vault with restricted access. Only active Council members and the Executive have access to case evidence files.
Payment Data: The Platform does not store raw payment card data. All card transactions are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant). M-Pesa transactions are processed via the Safaricom API. Neither processor shares raw financial credentials with the Platform.
In the event of a critical security incident, Protocol 99 (The Kill Switch) may be activated by the Executive to immediately suspend all live transactions and reroute web traffic to a secure maintenance state pending investigation.
The Platform shares data with the following third-party processors solely to operate core ecosystem functions:
| Processor | Purpose | Data Shared |
|---|---|---|
| GoHighLevel | CRM, Workflows, Automation, SMS, Conversation AI (The Bailiff) | All contact and transaction fields |
| Stripe | Global USD payment processing | Name, Email, Payment intent (no raw card data retained) |
| Safaricom M-Pesa | Local KES payment processing | Phone number, Transaction amount |
| Make.com | Middleware: CRM → Streamlabs broadcast routing | Sovereign Alias, Asset Tier, Transaction reference |
| Streamlabs | Live broadcast overlay system | Sovereign Alias, Asset Tier only (no PII) |
| Google Sheets | Leaderboard data lake and audit trail | Agent ID, Sales count, Timestamps |
The Platform does not sell, rent, or share personal data with any third party for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes outside of the above operational processors.
Sticky Contact Technology: The Platform uses GoHighLevel's Sticky Contact system — a first-party tracking mechanism that binds your identity data (captured at Form 1) to your browser session. This ensures that if you navigate from a funnel page to a checkout page, your attribution data persists without being broken by ad-blockers or cookie restrictions.
IP Geofencing: The Platform uses IP-based geofencing via the Sovereign Gate to automatically route Kenyan users to the M-Pesa (KES) Local Treasury and international users to the Stripe (USD) Global Treasury. This routing is functional and non-discriminatory — it exists to match you to the correct payment gateway for your region.
Session Cookies: Standard session cookies are used to maintain your login state within the Audit Chamber Community (Client Portal). These expire upon session close. No persistent cross-site tracking cookies are deployed.
Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data held by the Platform:
Right of Access: You may request a copy of all personal data held about you in the CRM. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days.
Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data. Note: The 7 Mirror Fields attached to completed transactions are immutable by design — they may not be edited post-mint as they form part of the Pure Ledger audit trail.
Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements. Transaction records required for financial audit purposes are retained for a minimum of 7 years per applicable accounting regulations and may not be deleted within this period.
Right to Restrict Processing: You may request that the Platform ceases active processing of your data while a dispute is resolved.
Right to Data Portability: You may request your contact and transaction data in a structured, machine-readable format (CSV).
To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to the Data Controller at the contact address in § 12.
The Rasmitec Method Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. No person under 18 years of age may purchase Digital Access Assets, submit Aid Applications, register as a Centurion, or participate in any capacity in the Audit Chamber ecosystem.
By submitting any form on the Platform, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If the Platform becomes aware that a minor has submitted personal data, that data will be deleted immediately and any associated transactions will be reversed.
The Platform deploys an automated compliance persona — The Bailiff AI — via GoHighLevel's Conversation AI system. The Bailiff monitors all inbound SMS, chat, and community messages for prohibited terminology that could expose the Platform to classification as a gambling or lottery service (e.g., "bet," "win," "spin," "jackpot," "prize draw").
Users who trigger The Bailiff receive an automated strike notification. Three strikes result in permanent account suspension and exclusion from the ecosystem. Strike records and the message content that triggered them are retained in the CRM for legal compliance purposes.
The Bailiff does not monitor private communications outside of Platform channels. It operates solely within the Audit Chamber Community, GoHighLevel SMS threads, and the Platform's live chat widget.
Active CRM Profiles: Retained for the lifetime of your account plus 2 years following account closure.
Transaction Records (Pure Ledger): Retained for a minimum of 7 years for financial audit compliance. Immutable post-mint.
Case Evidence Files (Sovereign Vault): Retained for 3 years following the final verdict on the associated case, then securely deleted.
Centurion Sprint Data: Daily sales logs and CRON records retained for 2 years following the end of the relevant sprint cycle.
Bailiff Strike Logs: Retained for 5 years from the date of issue for legal compliance and dispute resolution purposes.
For all privacy-related inquiries, data access requests, or concerns regarding this policy, contact the Platform's Data Controller:
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address on your CRM profile. Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
