The EayL runs two simultaneous tracks — the Sandbox and the Empire. They are not sequential. They are not alternatives. The Sandbox is mandatory from Day 1. The Empire is the prize at Day 90. Both tracks run inside the sprint. The curriculum never pauses the counter. The counter never pauses the curriculum.

The Sandbox is your mandatory operational education — five self-paced DIY Business Systems available from the moment your SYNAPSE ID is assigned. You do not earn the Sandbox. You are not awarded it. It is open the moment you register. It runs alongside the sprint from Day 1 without interruption. Every system is designed to build the operational capability you need before graduation — not after it. By the time you reach Day 90, you are not learning what a business is. You are running one.

You are equipped to send your first recruit through the Sovereign Gate by the end of Level 1.

You apply this immediately to your Centurion recruitment conversations. Every recruit you bring to the Chamber is practice. Every Quill they mint is proof of concept. The system you build here follows you into the Empire track at graduation.

The second DIY System. Ultimate Product Creation moves beyond the offer to the product architecture underneath it — how to structure deliverables, build recurring access, and create the framework for a subscription-based service. You begin designing the product you will take to market when the Empire track opens. Level 3 is where the scholarship starts to feel real. The sprint is the distribution mechanism. The product is what you are building while you run it.

The third DIY System and the most operationally critical before graduation. The Automated Customer Engine teaches you how to build a self-running acquisition system — so that your business generates clients without requiring you to be present for every transaction. You have already experienced this from the inside: the Pure Ledger, The Rasmitec process, the Sticky Contact attribution. Level 4 teaches you how to build the same automated architecture for your own RBaaS operation. The Chamber is the case study. The system is the curriculum.

interventions. Every day.

The AI Mentor runs three automated interventions tied to your sprint performance — delivered via SMS through the Audit Chamber's AI Commander system. It does not motivate. It does not encourage. It delivers precise operational instructions based on your real-time counter.

At 6PM EAT, if your counter reads below 50, the Sprint Save Intervention fires. At 11:59PM, the Nightly Audit delivers its verdict. On Day 90, the Graduation Protocol awards the scholarship. The Mentor AI operates on the same data as the Pure Ledger. It knows your counter. It knows your deadline. It does not waste words.

After Day 90 graduation, the Mentor AI transitions to RBaaS coaching mode via The Rasmitec process — guiding your Revenue_Engine_Stage progression through the Empire track.
